Free Personal Safety Course For Women and Girls

Starts in February at Reynolds Sports Centre, Acton High School

Sev Necati Training (SNT) is running another series of free women and girls self-defence and personal safety course starting in Acton at the beginning of February. 

This is a great opportunity for women and girls that have fears around this area and / or have been victimised / attacked to take advantage of this offer. 

Two 8 week course's in self-defence and personal safety for women and girls aged 13 and above (no upper age limit).

At the end of course you gain a certificate.

ONLY 12 FREE SPACES (on each course) (conditions apply)

WHEN:  Saturday 9th February and every week until Saturday 30th March 2019.

TIME COURSE ONE:    11.15AM – 1.15PM

TIME COURSE TWO:    1.30pm – 3.30PM

You must be able to commit to the whole 8 weeks of either project, to qualify for a potential free place and receive a certificate at the end.

There is no creche available.  Mothers and females can join with their daughters, family, friends and neighbours.
