Isleworth based Polsteel Expands

Corporate rebranding and expansion of facilities and factory

Polsteel From a foundation steel fabricating services in 2009, Polsteel has rapidly grown as a company and business in keeping with growing customer needs, market changes and increased service demands.

Polsteel recognised their business landscape was rapidly changing with the world around them and how they must change to meet increased customer needs. Being a small company they were flexible enough to accommodate these changes. Not just ‘bolt-on’ changes but wholesale structural changes to how the company operated for its customers.
The expansion includes moving into the adjacent factory to double the workshop space and installation of additional engineering tools and equipment. Polsteel increased its fleet transport and with it the onsite mobile engineering and onsite service facilities.

Steel erectionPolsteel offers structural design, plans, detailing and even 3D design, animation and illustration for architects, developers and planners working in the digital age needing to convey the full potential of their projects.

The increased range of Polsteel services includes a wide range of steel products, steel fixings and fittings, rebar, architectural metalwork, balustrades and staircases.

The expansion required employing more trained and experienced factory and technical staff. Underpinning these changes was a complete rebrand and new website to better represent the company image today and for the future.

“We have had to overcome so many obstacles and challenges over the past 2 years since we started out, including building a business amidst a global recession and national economic downturn in our key market sectors, house building, property and engineering”, says Michael Krajewski, Managing Director of Polsteel.

"We can provide customers with every product and service they need from one single source, saving customers considerable time, administration and cost. We now have the people, the products, facilities and resources to fulfil their requirements.

Michael Krajewski went on to say, “Customer service and customer value really matters to us. We feel mentally strong as a company and as a team because we know where we came from. We believe if we can get this far in the most difficult business conditions, nothing can stop us realising our potential to be a leading London steel supplier, steel fabricator and onsite services company”.
