A Civic Voice for Brentford

Join a "local movement for community empowerment"

Brentford Riverside

Martin Case, chair of Friends of St Paul's Recreation Ground invites you to join him in creating a civice society for Brentford.

Martin says "Following some of the threads on the TW8 forum there’s clearly dissatisfaction with what’s happening to Brentford and its future.

"So, rather than just bemoaning the situation here - if you want Brentford to become a successful and attractive place to live, work, spend leisure time or run a business, AND want to encourage high standards of architecture and town planning in the London Borough of Hounslow and Brentford specifically, AND want to stimulate public interest in and care for the history and character of Brentford, AND want to encourage the preservation, development and improvement of features of general public amenity or historic interest, AND aim is to preserve the best of what we have, and ensure that future buildings make our surroundings even better. THEN, why not become part of a platform for the community to get together and build a local movement for community empowerment of our people as an independent force.

"If you’re interested in meeting up to discuss taking this further then please email Martin Case at caseym@blueyonder.co.uk  "
