"Better Homes. Better Jobs. Better Quality of Life"


Hounslow Labour Party’s 5 key election pledges for the elections on 22nd May 2014 are to:
 
Secure a further 3,000 affordable homes in Hounslow, 400 of which will be new Council Houses.
 
Provide 300 new apprenticeship places for young people and more locals kills training.
 
Deliver major regeneration for the Borough’s town centres – particularly Hounslow Town, Brentford and Feltham.
 
Overhaul bin collection; to boost recycling and get streets cleaner.
 
Invest in education; to provide a better choice of local schools for local children.
 
Jagdish Sharma, Leader of the Labour Group of Councllors said
“On Monday we set out our offer for the 2014 elections, and our promises to the people of the Borough of Hounslow. What we will present at our manifesto launch is an ambitious agenda for the next 12 months, that we will deliver if we are re-elected. Having delivered on our commitments made at the 2010 local election, residents know that they can trust us to deliver our promises for 2014. On this basis we ask for their support again at the elections on the 22nd of May”.
