Please join in the fifteenth Brentford Recycling Action Group (BRAG) Annual General Meeting.
BRAG is a voluntary, non-political community waste action group made up of Brentford residents. We work to raise awareness of waste issues and to promote activities and facilities to improve the local environment.
Speakers on the night are:
Adam Paul, The Rubbish Diet Hounslow Project Coordinator; - The Slimming Club for Bins
Natasha Epstein, Head of Strategic Commissioning - Highways, Parking and Recycling Regeneration, Economic Development and Environment Department, London Borough of Hounslow - Savings, Savings, Savings – How they could impact on the future.
Louisa Perkins, Resource and Recycling Officer Strategic Commissioning Recycling, London Borough of Hounslow - Where does your recycling go?
and Paul Richens, a founder member of BRAG, now Horticultural Trainer, Bluedome Synergies - What is a skip garden?.
The AGM will comprise a review of BRAG’s activities in the past year, including our work at community events, followed by the above presentations and a question-and-answer session. We will round off the evening with refreshments, where you’ll have a chance to chat with members and guests in an informal setting.
