Free Bach treat this Saturday

Jill Crossland will be performing in a free concert (with free refreshments too) on Saturday 23rd October at 7.30 pm in St Faith’s Church Windmill Road , Brentford.

Jill is an accomplished concert pianist, BBC Music Magazine reported that “Well deserves her enviable reputation as a Bach pianist”, she pursues an active concert and recording career, including regular appearances at London’s Wigmore Hall and South Bank, and recent recitials at the Vienna Musikverein, Vienna Konzerthaus, St George’s Brsitol, The Sage Gateshead, Bridgewater Hall, Fairfield and Balckheath Halls and the Leipsig Gewandhaus. she has been broadcast on radio and TV, including live on BBC Radio 3 & 4, and has featured in the Classic FM Hall of Fame.

The Reverend Derath Durkin adds “We are delighted that Jill is playing here at St Faith’s Church, we look forward to hearing Bach Selection from the Well-tempered Clavier, Mozart Variations on “Twinkle Twinkle Little Star”, Beethoven Tempest Sonata and Chopin Nocturne Op 27/1, Scherzo No 1. It is a real privilege to be able to welcome such an internationally acclaimed concert pianist such as Jill to St Faith’s.”
