Lunchtime Concerts Continue at St Paul's Open House Cafe

Soprano performance by Kristina Lian on 17th March

St Paul's church continues its regular monthly concerts on the 3rd Wednesdays in 2010. Concerts start at 1.15 pm in the St.Paul's Centre, Brentford.  Join us there for lunch from 12 noon before the concert in our award winning Open House Café, or for tea afterwards. Suggested donation £3.00

The concert on March 17th is a performance by the versatile Swedish singer Kristina Lian.  Trained as a vocalist since 1990, Kristina also plays the piano and the flute, but still finds time to compose music and lyrics in four different languages.  Kristina now lives in London where she has a busy schedule of freelance work.  She sings all kinds of music for all kinds of occasions.  Her performance at St.Pauls will range from favourite songs by Handel, through Schubert, Grieg and Puccini to Schonberg and Loewe ("I could have danced all night").  Kristina's accompanist for this concert will be Chris Roland.

St.Paul's lunchtime concerts can provide a platform for established local musicians, or a valuable opportunity for students to gain experience in front of a live audience.

April 21st: Isobel Peaty (Piano)
