Year Two of The Big Picnic
Bring a picnic and cake to St Paul's Recreation Ground
You may recall last year we had our first BIG PICNIC in St Paul’s, well we're doing it again this year on Saturday June 23rd!
It’s a very informal event where you bring your own food and drinks, and a blanket to sit on. It’s a great opportunity to meet up with your friends, neighbours old and new for a chance to remind ourselves of what we all have in common and share what we love about where we live and St Paul’s in particular.
Couple of changes from last year we’ll be looking for you to prove your baking prowess and RAISE a few pounds! Every bake donated will be sold on the day of the picnic to raise funds for Macmillan Cancer Support. So what could be better than cake, and a natter to help Macmillan!
And should you over indulge on those cakes we’ll try and organise a big game of rounders for all to participate in to shed a few more pounds!
PLUS there’ll be live musical entertainment to help you relax and enjoy yourselves!
So make a date in your diary for Saturday 23 June, 1pm – 6pm St Paul’s Recreation Ground, Brentford and tell all your friends and neighbours and let’s make it a truly BIG picnic!
