There will be a range of activities including a bouncy castle and a petting zoo
July 18, 2025
On Thursday, 7 August , Hounslow Council will host its second annual Family Hub Summer Fun Day at Old Isleworthians Sports Club in Isleworth from 12pm to 4pm.
Following last year’s well-received event, the gathering offers free activities for families, including those with Special Educational Needs and Disabilities (SEND).
The event features a range of activities such as a bouncy castle, baby sensory play, a petting zoo, music and dance sessions, multi-sports, and rock wall climbing.
A quiet zone and dedicated activity area cater to children and young people with SEND. Staff from Hounslow Council’s SEND Local Offer, SENDIASS, and Universal Support teams will be present to provide information on local services and support.
Councillor Samia Chaudhary, Cabinet Member for Education, Children, Skills and Employment, noted that the event allows families to enjoy outdoor activities and learn about Hounslow’s Family Hubs, which support early childhood development. No registration is required; attendees can simply arrive.
