Six Deported After Raid in Isleworth

Those in breach of visa conditions will go

Six illegal immigrants from Nepal have been removed from the UK after a UK Border Agency raid on a house in Isleworth.

Acting on intelligence officers visited the property on Wood Lane on the morning of Tuesday 10 July.

They arrested four men and two women, all aged between 20 and 24, who were all in the UK illegally having overstayed their visas.

All six were detained until they were removed on a flight back to Nepal on the 16 July.

Assistant Director Sarah Burton, from the UK Border Agency, said:

“This was a hugely successful operation and UK Border Agency officers are carrying out raids like this across west London almost every day.

“We continue gather intelligence about people who remain in the UK in breach of their visa conditions and we are taking action against those not entitled to be here.

“Those with no right to be in the UK must leave the country. If they refuse, we will enforce their removal.”
