Police had issued an appeal to find Zoe Grigsby
Police were appealing for help tracing a missing 25-year-old woman from Isleworth.
Zoe Grigsby was last seen when she left West Middlesex Hospital last Thursday.
She has now returned home safe and well.
The police thanked the public for their assistance in the search.
