Primary School SATs Published

Brentford way above average (but we knew that!)

League tables for Brentford primary schools whose pupils took SATs exams earlier this year were published on 14th December 2010.

A number of schools including Green Dragon, and Marlborough schools chose not to enter their year 6 students opting to boycott what some see as controversial exams.

Of the schools that did take part, Lionel Road school was the strongest performer.

Removal of KS2 Science test data from the Tables: The discontinuation of mandatory KS2 Science National Curriculum Tests in science means that they no longer appear on league table. The Department of Education 'do not consider that Teacher Assessment data is subject to sufficient stringent external and consistent moderation to be suitable for combination with test results in performance measures'.
