A restaurant concept which focuses on desserts opened this Saturday (31 August) in the centre of Ealing.

Heavenly Desserts is part of a franchise chain which currently has 58 branches across the UK including eight in London. It is opening in a 1,800 sq ft unit at 29 New Broadway (W5 5AW) close to the Ealing Broadway Shopping Centre.

The venue will offer made to order waffles and crepes, sundaes made of layers of creamy gelato as well as tea and coffee and a variety of vegan and gluten free options.

The franchisees are father and daughter Balraj and Tanya Mudhar for whom it is the first foray into running a restaurant. Balraj has previously managed a grocery shop and dry cleaners.

He told whichfranchise magazine. . “As a family, we’ve been excited by Heavenly Desserts’ fantastic dessert offering, business model and brand values since our first visit to the Hounslow restaurant.

“This new venture means a lot to me, as not only do I get the opportunity to build another business, but I get to do so in partnership with my daughter.”

Tanya added, “We see massive potential in Ealing – it’s a vibrant are with a high footfall high street, and Heavenly Desserts will be at the heart of it all.”
