Lost cat

My cat is missing (New Road, Brentford).  Small white cat with grey tabby markings.  She has a very noticeable striation in her left eye.  Does anyone know if the council keep records.  She was a stray and unfortunately was not micro-chipped.Thanks

Found her late last night (thank goodness).  She is not herself (very quiet and not keen on being stroked then spent the night in a cupboard) but she is moving.  Plan to take her to the vet today in case she has been hit by something.  Thanks for asking.
