Is there a problem with damp in the ground floor of Town Meadow flats? If so, what is being done about it? I ask because I have a friend who is considering buying there.

Sort of stating the obvious but wouldn't you get a survey done before deciding to purchase? If there's that much of a problem I'd think you'd smell it when you viewed the property.
