Chiswick House Opera tonight and tomorrow night

Barber of Seville and Cosi Fan Tutte this year. It's looking good for a lovely evening in Chiswick House Grounds. There will be street food vendors selling Pulled Pork, Beef, Chicken, Crepes, Coffees,cakes etc. And, of course, with Fuller's sponsoring it there will be plenty of the local brew and they will have wine and champagne for the ladies! http://chfriends.org.uk/events/opera/#/0

Loved it.  It was very funny and because it was in English and not Italian (which I sadly don't speak) it was more than just beautiful music and voices.I also loved the way that the audience was encouraged to put their waste in the bags that were being brought around - OR to take it home with them!  :) :)

Rehearsals in full swing and sounding wonderful - lots of people sitting in the sun enjoying it! Food vendors and Fullers set up - we're good to go!
