Aeroplane shot down over Eastern Ukraine

Both we and the americans seem a bit too slow to react to this act of terrorism.Surely Russian thugs can't murder 298 innocent people and then dictate who goes to a crash site to investigate?We need to wake up, come on.

Yes that would be my understanding and certainly the Aircraft Investigation Units would fully co-operate. It seems usual for the home country of the airline and the manufacturers of the plane to be involved in any investigation too.
