Or indeed who it is who leaves human faeces regularly on the pavement and gutters in Albany Road and Brook road south? After a break from this vile habit, it seems the phantom defacator has returneth!Along with broken and empty booze bottles on Ealing Road, Albany road it is becoming a right tip again. It's just not fair to keep seeing a few, like the landlord of the Pub and MacDonalds staff having to endlessly clear up after people who make mess especially when they are not always customers or patrons. They damage the environs and reputations of local traders. Not enough is being done to deal with the loitering and slovenly behaviour of a handful of people who simply do not respect anything including themselves.Almost every day I see women dumping soiled pampers around St Pauls park, and the streets around. I have often asked them to use the bin. Every time its a shrug of shoulders and the old chestnut of  "No speak english" - very same people seem to manage English very well when in Morrisons. The other sort who do the same have big mouths are aggresive and clearly short on the rational behaviour gene. Brentford's finest! The amount of van and car drivers that think it is ok to dump half finished MacDonalds out of their cars instead of getting out and putting it in the bin just a few metres away is also awful.Enforcement officers ought to be far more active. If draconian at first it may at least bring these people kicking and screaming no doubt to respect the environment in which they live.Just what are our local councillors doing? They have been very quiet since re-election and this is precisely what they should be doing. Keeping on top of these things.  They do at least live around here so must see all this as well.
