Thames Road, Strand On the Green

Does anyone know why this road is closed? Causing chaos today along with numerous lorries delivering to 'Kew' building sites. How long is Thames Road going to be closed? Too much traffic disruption in West London.

Resurfacing from Oliver Close to Grove Park Road (Z bend by the river) was meant to be Thursday and Friday but they started late in on Thursday afternoon
