It was an inappropriate Topic George, badly and adequately worded,posted by someone not revealing their full name, making a serious accusation about a Councillor...the thread replying to the poster that they should contact the CEO at Hounslow Council with full details.Whistleblowers in many walks of life can be a godsend...but....this thread was poorly produced and was rightly chopped.... perhaps for fear of getting into deep water.
