There is or was a Griffin Park residents association and that had some funding as well as dotations from Film companies using the streets as a thank you for the inconvenience to residents, "The Football Factory' I think. No idea where the funding went but it's leader is now the leader of Hounslow Council, so he is probably best equipped to advise on constitutions and funding etc etc.In Ealing RAs can be set up quite freely but have a loose constitution ie residents can vote for a committee and chairperson etc. more often it's a street representative as a point of contact, a bit like Neighbourhood watch.Funding is usually minimal from residents to pay for a meeting hall/room or stationery but most find that residents volunteer and find ways through their own initiative like work or business facilities, legal facilities and so on being offered by a member. That's proper community mucking in!
