Bedding being dumped on pavements on our streets

I  have noticed a noticed a large number of mattresses and beds being dumped on the pavements all over the borough,why is this happening it attracts vermin of all kinds and it is not very hygenic .it is starting to make every where look like benefit street.

Because people are idle, anti social, ignorant pillocks? The council has a Tidy Town service or you can take stuff to the dump if you have transport, but how much easier it is just to dump it.
