London Parking Enquiry

You may have noticed references to an  Enquiry by the Greater London Assembly into the parking regime in London.However, unless you are an invited witness, you will not be consulted.So we invite everyone to contribute to a "Shadow enquiry". RichardI tried to complete the survey but failed on an issue of how the council handled the challenge to a parking ticket, as my case is on-going. Good luck with the survey though.
