Not collected more than yes collected. I got this information from our Concierge:Scheduled days for collection are:– Mondays - paper, bottles, tin cans- Tuesdays - plastics- Thursdays - cardboard Therefore Monday paper etc collections for Jan 2015 should have been 05,12,19,26- NO COLLECTIONS IN THE MONTH OF JAN -Tuesday plastics should have been 06,13,20,27 Jan- A COLLECTION WAS MADE 21 JanThursday cardboard should have been 08,15,22,29 Jan- COLLECTIONS WERE MADE 16,30 Jan As you can see from the above 3 collections in a month. We have had to throw all excess paper, bottles and tin into the landfill waste because it is the only way it is collected.Furthermore our Concierge not only have their emails to the Council ignored but also have to put up with aggressive drivers when they finally show up.Hounslow Council, what has gone wrong??
