United Residents Of  Ivybrdge

I have been reliably informed that the above named Tenants and Residents Association will no longer be holding meetings on the basis that the Chair and Vice Chair are at loggerheads with each other. Thanks guys, maybe you should both look at the title of this TRA or maybe pick up a dictionary to understand the word United!Your shameless self promotion on the Ivybridge Estate means that Ivybridge now has no representation whatsoever. Why don't you call an EGM, stand down and allow people  who have the vested interests of Ivybridge residents at heart to stand for election and build a thriving TRA?

Mr Boucher - i would like to know how you feel about a few issues as you are always saying Residents have the right to a voice and that the Residents Group should represent every resident:The Chair of the URAI removed 3 residents off as members who were elected at the AGM and replaced them with his friends who were not elected at a AGM, 1 off those residents is the Representative of Kirkstone Lodge who i believe is a good friend of yours - How do you feel about this?The chair of the URAI held a meeting in January and invited his friends (non members) and he had a vote to hold a EGM in April. The only problems with this vote was that most of those that voted were none elected members (as you know to join a R.A you have to be elected on at a AGM or open meeting) and the URAI has no constitution, because the Chair refused to have the one you wrote and he has refused to implicate the new changes voted on at the AGM last year....Do you think this is correct?At the EGM he will already have decided who will be the officers and who will be the members they will be 1 resident from the low rise blocks, 1 person from each off the 3 other tower blocks and the others will be from Easedale and all friends off his - Anyone else wont be able to join. Do you think this is right?On the poster advertising the EGM (which has only been put in the Notice boards on the estate and not in every block) it states the EGM is being held due to difference of opinions between members. So if you dont agree with the chair you get thrown off do you think this is correct?Lastly all the above is being supported by the council and the chair has told people that he has the full support of a Local Councillor who he has recently made up with, we have also been told that you will be becoming an officer at the EGM...Can you tell us is this correct or will you be supporting IVYTAG's Views that what the chair is doing is wrong and he should stand down as chair and allow those that do care about this estate and work hard for this estate to run the URAI correctly, in 2007 he was thrown of the URAI for the same things (as like you told me in November) Or have you changed your mind and support him running the URAI now?

Chris instead of attacking me and not putting the truth come see me. I came to see you last year and i told you what the issues were and you agreed with me the Chair had done this before. I asked you for your help but you said you didn't want to get involved in stuff concerning the Estate no more.The URA is still going as i continue the work and i have asked for a meeting with the Chair with Cllr Curran In March where the Treasurer and Ex chair of the URA will be coming with me. Its funny you were praising me up when we had a Chat a couple months ago about all the hard work ive done for this estate. Tell me when you were on the TRA on Ivybridge what you did for this Estate? Why dont you ask committee members who is refusing to work with other members, who is the one who is removing Residents as Members and adding their friends, who refuses to allow us to have The URA Constitution because you wrote it up and he says its illegal, Who writes things in minutes that are lies and attacks other members in them, who refuses to allow us to discuss the minutes, who hold Open meetings without telling residents on the estate. I could go on with everything that is being done wrong. I contacted Cllr Curran for help because i love this Estate and the URA and i want it to be fair and run correctly. Like i say you knew what was going on In November when i spoke with you and you said you didn't care so why now attack me? the Estate does still have representation as the treasurer and I are doing the work. Its not just me the Chair has upset he has upset several members of the URA and Ex Members of the URA and Residents on this estate so please you want the facts them instead of attacking me on here come see me.
