Local Residents Rugby Ballot Tickets

I always thought the local residents ballot for Twickenham tickets was a bit of a PR exercise as I have never met anyone who has ever been successful but I take it all back as I have been allocated 2 tickets for the England v France Six Nations gameWill certainly now be applying for World Cup tickets in the residents ballot

We managed to get tickets for a couple of concerts sometime ago, so can confirm the ballots do work!
