Brentford crash: Pedestrian hospitalised after being struck by vehicle

Elderly woman knocked down on Boston Manor Roadhttp://www.getwestlondon.co.uk/news/west-london-news/brentford-crash-pedestrian-hospitalised-after-9579140on the same stretch of road where a woman was killed a couple of years ago.  It's a very dangerous crossing and right outside the school entrance one would think it needs changing.

I walked past the scene while the paramedics were preparing to put the woman on the stretcher. She wasn't elderly. She was in her twenties and looked to be unconscious. I really hope she's okay. That's a dangerous crossing on a blind bend and cars often travel too fast to stop.

They probably need speedhumps to slow the traffic down.
