The nagging question to me, if these are Gypsies as at Gunnersbury and Ealing in the past, and they leave loads of rubbish which the public purse has to pay to clean up after them. Then why cant the Gypsies be charged for this? All the reg no's of vehicles are taken when and enforcement order is served. It's only about six to ten caravans, so it's known who they are. Then they move a mile down the road as the other year and do the same again.
