Griffin Park Braemar Road development

Just received letter from Council about proposals to build 75 dwellings on the Griffin Park site, unfortunately cannot view plans as reference 00143/A/P51 does not seem to exist on the website?As anyone had better luck who can provide a link?

Griffin Park has been approved. You can read through the tweets at www.twitter.com/brentfordtw8 if you wish. Cllrs Collins and Louki tried for a deferment to resolve issues but the votes weren't there.

How pretty... only one car parked in the corner and everyone seems to own a bike or like walking in the lovely sunshive. In my world every household has a minimum of 2 cars and parks on the kerb nose to bumper and even those with a garage don't use them.When are these properties going to be available? i want to live here.

For info from Natalie LynchDear Griffin Park Residents, Thank you for your email. I can only apologise that due to an administration error there was a delay in the plans reaching the library. The plans have now been delivered to the library and were available to view from 17 July 2015. To ensure residents have enough time to review all the documents, I will be extending the consultation period to be 21 days commencing from 17 July 2015. The Council planning site makes for very confusing and difficult reading.  Can someone give an email address for who we write to comment on the plans?

I'm a bit concerned the plans put out to the public don't give an indication of height, particularly in relation to surrounding buildings. The Griffin Park Residents' group suggests some will be taller than the existing stadium, while others could have windows looking directly into properties on New Road. From what I've seen, properties to the west could find they lose some of the sunlight they currently enjoy. Has anyone any idea how high they might be- especially the ones with roof terraces?

HiI've been contacted by the Planning Team to confirm the the correct application reference number for the Griffin Park Stadium is 00143/A/P51.All papers will be now be showing if you search using that reference number.Apologies for any confusion.Clare
