Reply from the PR company below. Basically saying it will not affect sourrounding residentsI can't see how it would work. 12 visitor parking bays for 75 properties are ok but if I read it right if I was purchasing a property and had 2 cars I would not be able to park it outside the development. or likely be able to park inside development. Apparently the development residents cannot gain a cpz permit outside the development. Does anyone know if this is set in stone?Transport & ParkingResidents have raised concerns over the management of parking within the proposed development and its potential impact on the surrounding streets. There will be a Travel Plan for the site, built upon the Framework Version provided as part of this application. As part of this process, future residents will be made aware of the parking restrictions within and in the area surrounding the site. Both LB Hounslow and London planning guidance encourages the reduction of parking provision in new developments as far as possible and as a result, parking provision is approximately 20% under the London Plan’s maximum provision for a proposal of this size. The on-site parking will both be controlled by a management company appointed by the developer, while on-street parking will be discouraged through design measures (such as narrow roads, landscaping and the provision of 12 visitor parking spaces). We can confirm that future residents would not be able to obtain parking permits for the surrounding CPZ, aside from 3 of the dwellings (the infill dwelling on New Road and 2 of the 5 infill units located on Braemar Road). However, the proposal will create between 3 and 5 new CPZ spaces where the current stadium entrances are located and therefore there is likely to be a net increase in available CPZ spaces on surrounding roads. The restrictions on permits will be secured via a legal agreement or via condition
