If there are any freebies for Hounslow I haven't heard of them. I did used to get freebies when I was working in the private sector and back in the day we used to give them out. We stopped bothering to offer them to council officers in the 90's because there was no point - they would always refuse - and I don't remember us ever inviting councillors. The only thing we could offer to the public sector was the Chelsea Flower Show because it's a charity event, but even to that I don't recall any local government - CEOs etc of private companies were the main recipients, with a smattering of Chief Constables, Generals, and the odd quangocrat.
