Perhaps the Allied Irish will put up the funds beforehand, but Ballymore had been able to give no such assurance last year.Am curious what adverse possession claim there is on a Ballymore parcel – and what mooring interests are involved, that supposedly need to be bought out [what happened to the BAAP planning protection for those?]Very curious the apparent confusion over who owns [or purports to own] a bit near Town Wharf. The registration applications for the river around those parts have indeed been disputed between the PLA and BW/CaRT, neither having any shadow of legitimate claim.
