Isn't it time TFL looked at Gilette Corner?

It is good to see TFL are assessing crossings at Windmill Road and Clayponds Avenue, but isn't it time they looked at Gilette Corner?If you drive up from Syon Lane towards the big Tesco and turn right on the Great West Road towards Brentford there is an inconsistent traffic light arrangement. Sometimes there is a filter light operating and sometimes there isn't a filter light at all. It is bizarre. I have seen plenty of close shaves where cars have gambled that the filter light isn't working and it is often impossible to see oncoming traffic owing the queue of cars that are waiting to turn right from the Tesco end towards Osterley. I know there have been deaths on that turn too and I know of two people who will not take that turning as they don't feel it's safe.Does any of what I've written make any sense to anyone and does anyone else share my view? I know it's a bit much to ask TFL to look at THREE crossings, but it may be worth looking at all of them.

Also in view of the awful traffic hold-ups that are a by product of the Church St. closure, which are affecting the A4 down to Busch Corner, TfL really need to look at their responsibilities in the whole area. We are also pressing for them to look at the London Rd. roundabout on the A316 junction with Twickenham and London Roads. Problem as ever seems to be that only one small part of these issues is looked at when it needs to be a more overall and joined-up scheme.

I always dread that right turn onto the GWR heading into Brentford and I'm amazed that it seems to be such a free-for-all on what is such a busy junction.
