Parking in GWQ

How does a Great West Quarter Hounslow Council tenant obtain a surface parking permit? Family Members cannot park when they visit, the local roads are slowly becoming CPZ's which is pushing other vehicles to use what is left in the surrounding roads. Even if the company (Parking Control Management  UK Ltd) could issue some sort of visitor parking permit for the local authority housing within this complex, so family members can park without Incurring a PCN  charge, which is what happens now.

Funny how the GWQ residents crawled out of the wood work when the school was going into the ground floor of Trico house. Yet you ask a simple question they cant be bothered to give you an answer. I think it's a bit of them and us going on, as the knobs get the underground parking, but to residents in the local Authority housing, are not even allowed cars, let alone a parking pace.I have seen a mention of the planing permission for Trico House, it meant to be a car free development. But the basement leads into the underground car park, strangeBut I think the area around the base of Trico House is private, and the PCN was issued by a private company, I dont think we are going to pay it because of that

Is GWQ a Private development? IE, the roads within the complex are owned and looked after by the company running the whole complex, and have nothing to do with the local authority.

This is about a pcn being issued to a person who was visiting a resident in Trico House. This person drove around the area for 30 minuets trying to find a place to park. She actually ended up in Lionel Road and thought she would walk back from there, but when she started to walking she spotted a gathering of the local herbert's  hanging around near the lights and thought better of it and got back in her car.She thought that were she finally pared near Trico house that it was a general parking area for the Shop or Gym, she got it wrong and was issue with a pcn. The person who lives in Trico House was saying that the only person that visits her now is her Mum and she has to park in the Havarfield Estate. So councilors please note, the new builds that you are granting planning permission to, are just causing parking problems in other parts of the area. So now we know where some of the increase of parking comes from, new builds without visitors car parking

When the various planning permissions were granted for the GWQ development, they were all subject to a restriction preventing any further occupiers from applying/obtaining a CPZ permit.I cannot envisage the on-site parking management company being willing to issue any kind of visitor parking permit, I'd have thought they were only interested in revenue generation from PCN's.Within Holland Gardens (where there are 3 visitor spaces for the 172 private units but none for the 40-50 local authority units) there has been a marked increase lately in PCN's being issued.
