House of Commons speaker request to Ruth Cadbury

Hi Ruth will you ask the speaker Bercow to explain the £2000 pound dinner for two and £500.000.00 spent on himself since he's been in office this when everyone screams cuts this  is public money

£2,000 for a farewell dinner for Dawn Primarolo does seem a little excessive as does the expenditure on post cards of himself.

Perhaps not Steve but it seems reasonable to ask him to justify such a huge expenditure on his personal comfort etc. It might not be illegal but it's not reasonable or ethical imho.
