Credit where it's due

Having heard many tales of woe- and had endless hours of fun buying one in the first place- I was dreading renewing my parking permit in the BRS area. Was very pleasantly surprised to a) get a reminder in the post b) get a call the day after I'd submitted the form by email to arrange payment and c) find the new one in the post this morning.Now all I have to do is work out where the last year went...

thanks Anna for the clarifications. I thought the sameI just asked because on the Hounslow internet site is written "All permit renewal applications must be supported by the relevant documentation. We do not accept the proof documents that were submitted for your previous permit"I think they should update that parthttp://www.hounslow.gov.uk/parking_permits.htm

I've already renewed my CPZ parking permit and as far as I remember all you have to do is quote the number of your existing permit, assuming that you have one. You obviously have to sign that you still live at the same address etc but you do not have to submit proof of residency (supporting documentation) as you did last time round.
