Re the rather ambitious £2925 pcm, I only have a hard copy of a print from Rightmove. It is not on the site now. I could scan and email it to you if you like. For the record, there are some misquotes there: I did not say 'most' of the boats are let as I don't have evidence for that. Also I said 'some' rather than 'one' boat had recently registered for council tax, and that there are arrears. Some boats may be paying council tax.Re the access at the Eastern end. I discussed this with the designers: they had tried to get a step free access but because of the required gradient they concluded it would eat up too much of the park. I am probably more concerned about an (eventually) continuous Thames side path. This is provided for in the plan but cannot be provided without a solution with the privately owned Victoria Steps Quay (and such a solution would solve the problem Anne mentions too). The existing step free access (which will be retained) is only about 1/4 of the way along the park so whilst it is not ideal, especially given the narrow road and pavement, I don't think the lack of step free access at the eastern extreme is a show stopper.
