Council taking money from Residents but not providing the services
Back in March during the bank holiday there were a number of residents who were left without hot water and heating for up to 6 days. Now for the past 6 days residents in Thrilmere have had no hot water or heating again for 6 days.T Brown told me on Tuesday it be up and running that day, then i was informed on Tuesday Evening by the council that they were waiting for parts which would be delivered yesterday morning and fitted that day. Last night at 6pm i called T Brown and was informed it was fixed at 5pm and to give it 3-4hrs and we would all be up and running again.This has not happened and on day 6 we still haven't got hot water or heating and T Brown say they have a engineer on site and it be back on today.Residents are so angry because we all pay the council around £10 a week for heating and hot water but they are not getting the services they pay for.Already residents in tower blocks have been angry for years over paying for a concierge service that they do not get (only Easedale is manned) but everyone in the other 3 tower blocks have to pay for concierge.Residents should not have to live like this or pay for services they do not get but it seems the council are not listening.
