Lorry Parking Ban

Just a quick question.....Lorries are banned from parking on Hounslow Borough streets between 6.30pm and 8am.Whos parking them there and why?Where are they supposed to park?Its not clear in the article whether theres been a sudden influx of people around the country randomly parking up in Hounslow over night.

It's not only lorries, it's other commercial vehicles too, they wouldn't be so much of a pain if they just tried parking with some care and consideration. We have this problem where a pretty large van with a lift at the rear, parks in a bay far too small for it thereby blocking part of an access road and also sight lines. When asked to pull it back a bit just to give more space to residents trying to get out the driver just shrugged his shoulders and walked off! Most things could be resolved quite easily with a just a little courtesy - unfortunately this is in short supply.

Drivers that don't take them back to their yard at night, so leave near to where they live.Back at the Companies own yard,  So the Drivers don't have to use there own transport to pick up their vehicle and use their own vehicle to drive home The Companies already know that their vehicles are parked in Council estates over night but turn a blind eye The Lorry Park, Ariel Way, Shepherd's Bush, London, W12 7SQ
