Sorry, so true the elite will always get what they want...such a shame.....now that we are out of the EU memebership (not out of Europe), the power is in our control, but I am sure they will keep it for themseleves. We need a new party to lead, not one that exist already....

The elite will indeed rise to the top... in or out of Europe won't change that.If the country stopped running through the streets shouting 'we're all gonna die' and maybe let the talks/negotiations begin we might see what is to become of us all.One thing that has been made clear in all this, the arseholes running this country and the arseholes that want to run this country are all just a bunch of arseholes.Keep calm and carry on.

The middle and lower class as you put it, have been the people carrying the can for all the mistakes since 2008 when the banks tanked. The elite as ever will rise to the top - but then sh*t floats.

Massive issue what has happened, I hope these politicians get there act together asap, otherwise there will be some big issues coming up, and the middle and lower class will suffer......not great.....

England wanted to be out of Europe, they are now.Promising so much, and then failing to deliver. Lacking any kind of coherent plan. Confusing and contradictory leadership.The parallels between the football team and the Brexit campaign are remarkable!

It is bringing out the worst in our politicians who clearly are not listening despite saying how hard they are listening.  I am incredulous that two labour speeches mentioned mining villiages, amazing.  Somebody must have got an old map out.

A point made on Chiswick W4 where the arguments rage on. I still feel quite sick at what's happened and staggered that no-one had a Plan B, lunatics taking over the asylum.
