Wiil brexit cancel the Ballymore redevelopment?

Seriously worried that the Ballymore project south of Brentford High St will no longer take place after Brexit. What on earth is happening or rather not happening there?

Well done Guy - all power to your elbow. We need to seek a similar statement from Brentford FC.The weak pound may well affect the viability of such developments for overseas owners who may prefer to "sit this one out". However a general slow down in the London and South East commercial property market may paradoxically make it easier to find skilled tradesmen and professionals (e.g. architects, engineers and surveyors) and hold down the escalating price of building materials and services.Who know where the economy will be two years after article 50 is triggered?

Good question. They have been going through the process of 'assembling the site' which has multiple owners. I have asked their project manager for an update and a comment on Brexit.
