There have been major issues at Mogden during June, July and August which the company has failed to address. There seems to be a mindset of lethargy and apathy in dealing with odour issues especially over weekends. Hereunder email regarding the days you mention. When are you people going to start behaving professionally and employ some staff with qualifications and experience? Yet again you say that you are sorry if odour issues have impacted on residents yet you have taken no steps to do anything about it for 4 days! How can you be sorry? You permitted the odour to continue throughout the weekend with the full knowledge that it was / is illegal. You seem to forget that the site negligence / mismanagement / lethargy / apathy affects thousands of residents in both Richmond and Hounslow boroughs. Mogden Residents Action Group"
