You are correct Paul that the site is out of control and it seems managers are at a loss on how to deal with the problems because they now refuse to respond to complaints timeously. That patience has now worn thin. You will be aware by now that residents have had to endure yet another weekend of raw human excrement stench due to the incompetence of Thames Water's site managemen. Yet again it is quite obvious that site management went home for the weekend caring not a jot about the operation of the site over the weekend. We ask yet again why site mangers cannot simply admit their failures, lack of qualifications, lack of training and call for some qualified professional expertise to direct them in odour containment, general housekeeping / keeping tanks flushed, skips emptied etc.??It is unacceptable that no attempt has been made to deal with these issues before the weekend.  Your odour management and customer communication regimes are currently not fit for purpose.Mogden Residents Action Groupmrag27@aol.com-----Original Message-----From: Rebecca Crawford To: mrag27 ; Richard Dennett ; Gerry.McCarthy ; Brendon.Walsh ; richard Aylard Cc: Mogden ; linda.green ; bob.whatley ; amrit.mann ; Ed.Mayne ;; steve.curran Sent: Thu, Sep 1, 2016 7:00 pmSubject: RE: Another stinky nightDear MRAG, Thank you for your email. There have been major issues at Mogden during June, July and August which the company has failed to address. There seems to be a mindset of lethargy and apathy in dealing with odour issues especially over weekends. Hereunder email regarding the days you mention. There have been huge odour issues and loads of complaints."To: Rebecca.Crawford@thameswater.co.uk, richard.dennett@thameswater.co.uk, lawrence.gosden@thameswater.co.uk, richard.aylard@thameswater.co.uk, Gerry.McCarthy@hounslow.gov.uk, s.case@richmond.gov.uk, mary.harpley@hounslow.gov.uk, Brendon.Walsh@hounslow.gov.uk, martin.baggs@thameswater.co.uk, drtania.mathias.mp@parliament.ukCC: linda.green@hounslow.gov.uk, bob.whatley@hounslow.gov.uk, amrit.mann@hounslow.gov.uk, Ed.Mayne@hounslow.gov.uk,  ruth.cadbury.mp@parliament.uk, steve.curran@hounslow.gov.ukSent: 30/08/2016 18:23:45 GMT Summer TimeSubj: Re: friday 26th Rebecca So to put this into context so that everyone understands - your so called team at Mogden identified serious odour issues on Friday night but DID NOTHING ABOUT IT until Tuesday  (today) and it is confirmed that whatever they attempted today has failed miserably because the odour is still totally out of control. When are you people going to start behaving professionally and employ some staff with qualifications and experience? Yet again you say that you are sorry if odour issues have impacted on residents yet you have taken no steps to do anything about it for 4 days! How can you be sorry?  You permitted the odour to continue throughout the weekend with the full knowledge that it was / is illegal. You seem to forget that the site negligence / mismanagement / lethargy / apathy affects thousands of residents in both Richmond and Hounslow boroughs. Mogden Residents Action Group"
