Very interesting and just compounds what a lot of us are seeing and suffering as services are being outsourced which do not match up to expections.It is on www.bbc.co.uk/i-player still. I have had to watch it over a couple of days but it is definitely worthwhile watching for the insiders' views on how our money is being wasted in the pursuit of "savings". Do watch it right to the end.
