Brown Garden Bin not emptied

Was meant to be emptied on 01/11/2016, my neighbours ones were!! It was in the same place as other rubbish. So I reported  on-line and got a reply saying it would be collected before 5:30 Yesterday. It wasn't.  I'm not holding my breath!

A man turned up last night at 18:30 (TW7, he was wearing a jacket with Hounslow logo on and he took my full brown bin away............he said would bring it back today.......surprise he did! at 11:40 today.  Good but weird.

Our garden bin (TW7)has only been collected twice since 26th July.  Disgraceful service with very poor communication on what (if anything) is being done to improve it.
