Brentford  Towers Residents or Leaseholds Association

Can anyone provide me with  a contact email, phone number for the Brentford Towers Residents or leaseholders Association, as they are mentioned a lot on line but there is no way to contact them,  Cheers

BernardI have no idea who this person is but let me hazard a guess that he/she will be a paid-up member of the party which runs Hounslow Council.  His or her purpose will not be to pass information from the Council to you, but to provide intelligence from the community to the Council.  With your eyes closed, you have hit the nail so very perfectly on the head.

But what is also strange there is a Hounslow Council, Tenants, Leaseholders, and Sheltered Tenants Joint Consultative Committee.A resident from my estate is a Co-Optee on this committee and most of the residents don't know who this person is,  and those that do, don't hear a word from them.As Councillor Katherine Dunne is the chairperson of the committee you would think she would be ensuring that any relevant  information gets back the the area the Co-optee comes from.

The point that some are making Bernard is that unity and co-ordination of this kind amongst residents has traditionally been vigorously discouraged in this borough.

David it is easy for me to say as i dont have to live with the every day problems you and your neighbors have to put up with.I wanted some local information about the towers at the time I posted this this thread. I eventually turned to the council for what I wanted to know. Well I didn't get much further with them so I gave up.Maybe the after the tower block fire the Brentford Tower residents maybe more inclined to pull together and form some sort of Residents Association to provide a voice to the council

We do not have a residents association that I know of.Attempts to get one established have failed. People are very disenfrancised, just numb, diminished expectations, and just getting on with coping with life in general. There's little energy to fight.

The collective represntation that wanted Church Street reopened were well and truely shafted by you and your colleagues though despite 72% of the local community backing it

As far as I know there is no residents association. If any one is looking to create one I'd be happy to offer support ion any way that would be helpful. It's a shame that such an importnat part of our community has no collective representation.

Is there such an association? Hounslow's community engagement officer Michelle Hutchinson held a meeting last October with a view to setting up a Community Action Group for Haverfield/Brentford towers, but I don't know how far it's got since then.
