Tidy Town
I have been trying to call Tidy town now for the best 2 days but cant get threw so i wondered if anyone else can help with my question?I know that if you recv benefits then Tidy Town will collect up to 5 items free but only once a year. What i need to know is does the year start the same as the start of the financial Year which is April?
