Parking - BRS CPZ

HiDoes anyone have a contact number I can call to renew my parking permit? I have not received my renewal letter and my permit is due to expiry soon. Want to avoid a ticket. Is there a number I can call to get my renewal sorted? There was a number I can call on the letter from last year. The Hounslow website shows a number that wont ring. Thank you

Hi GuyThank for the PM. The website is sending an error message and there is no one to call and respond time is 5 days. Is there anything else, as I want to avoid a ticket every day ?

There's no number on the renewal letter just the website address.
