The Council have been on my Granddaughters back for approximately two years. She has been continually ask for the same information time and time again, they must have more bank statements than she has.But now the service has been taken over by Liberata on the 10 march 2017 it has started all over again.But this time they wont three months of bank statements printed off by the bank, and each page stamped by the bank as an original statement.My grand daughter is disabled and only makes about 20 yards outside her own Property let alone the 5 miles to her bank branch, so it's down to good old grandad to pick her her up and get her down there, I dont mind doing that, but why, when I can help her print the originals off on the on line banking, It's the same thing as the bank would do.I'm sorry this is harassment by the contractor employed by Hounslow council.PS, Hounslow wont other information from government agencies, but while asking for the information the government agencies did say the Council know they can get this information themselves, the answers would be (Yes, No or a date)
