Contact Hounslow Highways?

Anyone got any ideas on how to contact Hounslow Highways by e-mail. I have their phone no but don't want to wait hours for an answer. Have looked on their website and can't find any clues. Thanks.

Exactly! They have performance targets which have to be met, and enquiries are all logged so that there is evidence on whether they have met the targets or not. they are actually pretty good at dealing with things such as fly tipping. They are also happy to come to meetings of residents" associations to talk about their work and take feedback.

I have found that if you enquire about anything on 'My Works' they do get back to you very quickly. It goes to the point that all calls, e-mails tweets are logged

Thanks for all your advice.  I have made contact now. They responded by telephone to my enquiry and also answered another question. The Officer was very helpful and phoned me back within 15 minutes. It proves that when you do manage to speak to a real person they are very helpful and polite.

I think you are missing the point here- people want to communicate with real live people not blasted machines, and not everyone in online - something Hounslow can't seem to get through their thick heads. Not everyone has a computer or a mobile 'phone.

you go on the website, www.hounslowhighways.org and you click on report it which is on the top right, click on new enquiry, and then click on general enquiryThat's what all us Councillors have to do in order to get it done- we don't have email either- that way its in a database and its tracked approrpiately

Nightmare - I agree Twitter is the only thing that gets a response. It's all very well having contractors but why the hell is there no public facing contact?
