Osterley junior parkrun

Every Sunday at 9.00 in Osterley Park there is a junior parkrun.It's a 2km timed run/walk for 4-14 year olds and is completely free.Just register online at https://www.parkrun.org.uk/register/ and then print off your/their barcode.Adults can run too but wont be given a time.You can see the course here http://www.parkrun.org.uk/osterley-juniors/course/ Meet in front of the house. Hi SarahI'm 1st aid trained, as are most of the core team.As we are totally reliant on volunteers it will depend on who is there on a given Sunday for the level of medical support.There is an AED on site too.We are growing slowly, which is just the way we want it.We had 33 runners last week and 48 runners this week!Always looking for volunteers though.Peter

There is another article about cardiac failure in the young today.  There is a charity called CRY with lots of information about getting youngsters checked out.
